Stored fields: name, company (optional), email address, phone number (optional), topic/message, consent, IP address, user agent, language, time of submission.

Purpose: handling the contact request and preparing an initial call.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in communication and abuse prevention).

IP address: stored as proof of consent and for abuse prevention.

Retention period: until the request has been handled, and at most 12 months, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Recipients / processors:

Cloudflare, Inc. — CDN and reverse proxy (processor); the IP address is processed.
Cloudflare Turnstile — form spam/bot protection.
Resend (Resend, Inc.) — delivery of the notification email about the incoming request.

No web analytics and no tracking take place. No consent banner is used.
